Dubai Active, Dubai Muscle Show, and Dubai Active Industry return to Expo City Dubai from 24th to 26th October 2025, marking the largest celebration of health, fitness, and wellbeing in the Middle East. The ninth edition promises three days of workouts, competitions, networking, and learning for attendees of all ages.

Organised by IEG Middle East in collaboration with the Dubai Sports Council, the events expect over 40,000 visitors, 2,000 athletes, and 400 leading global brands. The gathering aims to unite fitness enthusiasts, professionals, and industry leaders in a dynamic and interactive environment.

Dubai Active 2025 will feature international fitness icons such as Kayla Itsines, Leana Deeb, James Smith, Bradley Simmonds, and Diren Kartal. They will lead live workouts, motivational talks, and meet-and-greet sessions, inspiring visitors to push their limits and embrace a healthy lifestyle.

Visitors can enjoy high-energy sessions at the Active Arena and the Going All In Fitness Stage, gain insights from experts at Dubai Active Talks, or relax with Yoga & Pilates Studio sessions. The HYROX 365 Challenge powered by GymNation tests endurance, while the Future Champions Combat Arena highlights emerging combat sports talent.

Spanning over 35,000 sqm, the event hosts hundreds of fitness, nutrition, and wellness brands, offering visitors exclusive products, promotions, and interactive demonstrations. Attendees can explore innovations and trends shaping the global health and wellness industry.

Running alongside Dubai Active, Dubai Active Industry provides a platform for global wellness leaders, innovators, and operators. The event explores business growth, public-private partnerships, and industry foresight, with 750+ buyer meetings, 400 brands, and complimentary trade registration.

For the ninth year, the Dubai Muscle Show unites top bodybuilding champions for a showcase of strength and endurance. Attendees can explore the latest in fitness apparel, nutrition, and recovery technologies, making it an engaging experience for both professionals and fans.

The event is held in partnership with the Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC), emphasizing the city’s commitment to promoting an active lifestyle.
