Dubai Chamber Unveils New Features For Expand North Star 2025

The Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy, part of Dubai Chambers, has announced five new features for the 10th edition of Expand North Star 2025, the world’s largest event for startups and investors.

The event is organized by Dubai World Trade Centre and will be hosted at Dubai Harbour from 12th to 15th October 2025.

Five New Features For The Event

This year’s edition includes ScaleX, the Consumer Tech Zone, North Star Green Impact, Deeptech MEA Summit, and the Digital Assets Forum. These additions aim to provide startups, investors, and the global tech community with new growth, funding, and collaboration opportunities.

ScaleX Program

ScaleX is the official growth program of Expand North Star 2025. It will showcase 100 of the world’s fastest-growing tech companies and help them expand into the Middle East and beyond. The program combines remote preparation with in-person exposure, connecting startups with investors and key partners to accelerate their global growth.

Consumer Tech Zone

The Consumer Tech Zone highlights startups developing AR/VR hardware, smart health devices, lifestyle tech, and connected products. These companies are backed by accelerators, government innovation programs, and deep-tech hubs, representing the latest in consumer technology.

North Star Green Impact

Launching for the first time, North Star Green Impact focuses on sustainability and climate innovation. Startups in clean energy, circular economy, water tech, and sustainable mobility will connect with impact investors, government buyers, and climate-focused partners. This reflects the growing green-tech ecosystem in MENA and the rise of climate-tech investments.

Deeptech MEA Summit

The Deeptech MEA Summit is a platform for advanced technology in the Middle East and Africa. It brings together entrepreneurs, researchers, technology leaders, and government entities to advance AI, robotics, quantum computing, and other emerging technologies.

Digital Assets Forum

The Digital Assets Forum gathers global experts to discuss transformations in financial systems, covering central bank digital currencies, tokenized assets, and AI-driven risk management, addressing challenges in the new era of global finance.

Startup Competitions And Special Events

Expand North Star will host the Supernova Challenge 2.0, the world’s largest startup pitch competition, with a US$200,000 prize pool. The Corporate Arena, Tech Transfer Innovation Forum, and Marketing Mania will return to promote collaboration, research, and brand-building.

Platforms For Young Talent

The event continues supporting young innovators through YouthX Unipreneur and Emaratipreneur, empowering the next generation of entrepreneurs. Evening networking sessions, North Star by Night, will also provide opportunities for connections beyond the official sessions.

Driving Dubai’s Innovation And Economy

Expand North Star plays a key role in making Dubai a global hub for innovation and technology. The event strengthens the startup ecosystem, encourages international collaboration, and contributes to the economic growth of the emirate and the region.
