Strengthening Trade Relations: Dubai Chambers Meets Jiangsu Leaders

Post by : Bianca Haleem

In a major initiative aimed at fortifying economic collaboration, Dubai Chambers hosted a high-level dialogue with the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Jiangsu Sub-Council (CCPIT Jiangsu).

Key figures, including Mohammad Ali Rashed Lootah and Wang Shanhua, were present during this pivotal meeting.

The discussion zeroed in on expanding trade partnerships and investment opportunities, emphasizing sectors with considerable potential for collaboration and growth.

Lootah reaffirmed Dubai Chambers' dedication to fostering economic relations with various Chinese regions, particularly Jiangsu, to align with shared goals of their respective business sectors.

He highlighted that enhancing private sector cooperation, boosting mutual investments, and establishing high-quality partnerships can yield fresh avenues for bilateral trade, ultimately elevating the competitive edge of businesses in both regions.

This meeting forms part of a broader strategy by Dubai Chambers to engage with multiple Chinese organizations aimed at cultivating beneficial trade and investment dynamics between Dubai and China.

Recognized as one of the foremost economic provinces in China, Jiangsu holds the position of the second-largest province by GDP, making it an essential ally in Dubai's expanding global trade framework.
