Dubai Holding Launches AED 680 Million Lantana Hills Project

Post by : Bianca Haleem

Dubai Holding Asset Management (DHAM) has officially initiated the construction of Lantana Hills, a premium gated residential community situated in Dubai Science Park, Al Barsha South. The organization has engaged Group AMANA as the main contractor under a deal worth AED 680 million.

The groundbreaking ceremony saw the participation of top officials from both firms, including H.E. Malek Al Malek, Group CEO of Dubai Holding Asset Management, along with other leaders from DHAM and Group AMANA.

Lantana Hills represents a significant expansion of DHAM’s residential leasing portfolio in Dubai. The project will feature 390 private townhouses, offering spacious 3- and 4-bedroom homes designed for contemporary family living.

This community will include landscaped open areas, family-oriented amenities, and convenient access to schools, healthcare facilities, and retail outlets. The expected handover date for this project is in the second half of 2027.

Group AMANA plans to implement cutting-edge modular construction techniques from DuBox and DuPod for this project. Approximately 85% of the construction will take place off-site in a controlled factory setting, enhancing quality and accelerating delivery.

The development will see the production of 2,730 modular units and 2,020 bathroom pods. The innovative construction approach promises to minimize material waste by as much as 30% and enhance on-site safety by over 70% compared to conventional building practices.

Lantana Hills has already achieved LEED for Cities and Communities: Plan & Design – Silver Precertification, with full certification in progress as part of Dubai Holding’s sustainability efforts.

Located strategically within Dubai Science Park, the project ensures excellent connectivity throughout Dubai. Residents will find themselves 10 minutes from Dubai Hills Mall, 15 minutes to Mall of the Emirates, 20 minutes to Dubai Mall, and about 25 minutes from Al Maktoum International Airport.

DHAM is diligently reinforcing its position in Dubai’s real estate and urban development landscape with integrated residential and commercial initiatives emphasizing sustainability, connectivity, and modern living.
