Health-tech company Practo has now started its services in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). This move is part of its plan to support patients living in the Gulf region.
People in Abu Dhabi, Dubai, and Sharjah can now use the Practo platform to find and book appointments with verified doctors. They can also read thousands of patient reviews to help them choose the right doctor for their health needs.
According to the company, Practo already has more than 31,000 doctors, 3,000 healthcare centers, and around 50,000 people in the UAE who use the platform every month.
Shashank ND, the Co-founder and CEO of Practo, said this expansion shows their goal of sharing Indian healthcare services with the rest of the world. He added that after becoming profitable in the financial year 2024 and continuing to perform well in 2025, the company is excited to grow its reach in the UAE.
Shashank also said that the early response in the UAE has been very positive. He thanked both doctors and patients for trusting Practo and said this is only the beginning. Practo hopes to keep working on improving healthcare for people everywhere.
Since many people often travel between India and the Gulf region for medical or personal reasons, this step helps patients get smooth and connected care across both countries.
With this new setup, people in the UAE can now access top doctors and hospitals from India, and Indian users can also reach trusted healthcare providers in the UAE. Practo wants to make healthcare easier and better for everyone by connecting these two regions.
