Participation in the Arab Championship also serves as preparation for the upcoming World Shotgun Championship in Greece, scheduled to take place in three weeks. Al Darwish expressed optimism for the trap events starting tomorrow and aimed for continued success and additional medals for Qatar.

The Qatari delegation includes members of both skeet and trap shooting teams. The skeet team comprises Abdulaziz Al Attiya, Mohamed Al-Kuwari, Rashid Saleh Al Athba, Masoud Saleh Al Athba, Hajar Ghulam Mohammed, Hajar Mohammed, Sarah Mohammed, and Aisha Al Ansari.
