President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has sent a congratulatory message to President Hakainde Hichilema of Zambia on the occasion of the country’s Independence Day. The message reflects the UAE’s warm relations with Zambia and its commitment to strengthening bilateral ties between the two nations.

Alongside Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai, as well as His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chairman of the Presidential Court, also sent similar congratulatory messages. These messages underline the shared respect and friendship between the UAE and Zambia.

Zambia’s Independence Day is celebrated annually to mark the nation’s freedom and progress since gaining independence.
