New Members of Abu Dhabi Executive Council Sworn In by UAE President

In a significant ceremony, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the President of the UAE, took the oath of office from the newly appointed members of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council. Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the council's chairman, was present to witness the event.

Among those sworn in were Shamis Ali Al Dhaheri, the head of the Department of Community Development, and Mohamed Taj Eddine Ahmed Alqadi, who will lead the Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge.

Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed extended his congratulations to the new officials, expressing his hopes for their successful tenure. He underscored the significance of enhancing governmental frameworks, optimizing public services, and aiding the city’s long-term developmental initiatives.

The President remarked that a core objective remains uplifting the quality of life for Abu Dhabi’s residents, reflecting the leadership's ongoing commitment.

Following the oath ceremony, Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed joined the Executive Council members for a group photograph.

The event was graced by the presence of Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, alongside various senior officials and dignitaries.
