On November 22, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) will host a significant event honoring Syria’s rich culture and heritage at the Dubai Exhibition Centre, set to attract around 20,000 attendees.

The event will have the presence of Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, along with senior diplomats and notable figures from the Syrian community in the UAE. The event, organized by the “Emirates Loves Syria” initiative in collaboration with the Syrian community, aims to celebrate the historical connection between the UAE and Syria and enhance the friendship between both nations.

Attendees will engage in various activities promoting Syrian culture, featuring dialogue sessions that address the contributions of the Syrian community to the UAE’s development. Guests can look forward to cultural performances, music shows, traditional activities, and exhibitions showcasing innovative products from different Syrian regions. Delightful food stalls will offer an experience of Syria’s culinary diversity.

A highlight of the celebration will be a ceremony honoring outstanding members of the Syrian community in the UAE, reflecting the UAE's commitment to recognizing contributions from all its communities. Family-friendly entertainment, including traditional maqam performances and folk dances, will also be featured.

This event emphasizes the longstanding fraternal ties between the UAE and Syria, which have been growing through enhanced economic, commercial, and cultural collaboration. Both countries are dedicated to advancing partnerships in investment and development sectors, creating shared benefits.

MAG Group has signed on as a strategic partner for the event, showcasing a dedication to humanitarian efforts and strengthening bilateral relationships. The Sankari Group also contributes, highlighting over 40 years of commitment to social and economic progress in both nations.

The UAE remains a global exemplar of cultural diversity, tolerance, and coexistence, creating inclusive spaces for communities to celebrate their heritage while fostering understanding and appreciation.

Leadership from both nations continually focuses on enhancing bilateral ties and collaborative ventures across various sectors, particularly in small and medium-sized enterprises, identifying key growth opportunities. This event illustrates the enduring partnership and shared vision for peace and prosperity between the UAE and Syria.
