Dr. Abdullah Abuthnain, the Vice Minister of Human Resources and Social Development specifically for the Labor Sector, conducted an official meeting with Stephen Charles Hitchen, the newly appointed Ambassador of the United Kingdom to Saudi Arabia. This meeting forms part of ongoing endeavors to fortify bilateral cooperation regarding labor and social development.

During their conversation, both officials examined various topics of shared interest, investigating ways to bolster collaboration around policies, initiatives, and programs beneficial to both nations. The importance of forming international partnerships to share expertise, refine labor practices, and foster workforce development was underscored.

The Saudi Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development remains dedicated to evolving the labor sector in alignment with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030, which prioritizes sustainable employment, workforce training, and the enhancement of labor rights.
