EasyLease Posts 92% Profit Increase Over Nine Months

Post by : Bianca Haleem

Abu Dhabi, UAE – EasyLease PJSC, part of the International Holding Company (IHC), showcased impressive results for the nine months concluding on 30 September 2025, reflecting strong growth in vital financial parameters.

Operating profit surged by 92% year-on-year, reaching AED63 million, while total revenue soared 77% to AED516 million. These strong results were driven by robust demand in the mobility and logistics sector, particularly in last-mile delivery for e-commerce and food services.

Revenue within the primary mobility and logistics business segment rose to AED308 million, a 31% increase from last year. Segment profit rose 56% to AED36 million, indicating enhanced fleet utilization and strong customer loyalty.

Net profit for EasyLease climbed 71% to AED48 million, aided by a 67% increase in EBITDA to AED127 million, reflecting the company's focus on operational effectiveness.

The company's rental fleet grew by 40% during the reported period, driven by organic growth and strategic fleet enhancements to satisfy growing demand. High utilization rates across the expanded fleet sustained revenue growth and maintained stable margins.

A significant development this year was the integration of Gallega Group Holdings DMCC, which bolstered EasyLease’s logistics, warehousing, and supply chain services. This expanded service offering has generated synergies and enhanced the company’s overall value proposition.

Regionally, EasyLease has made strides in its expansion following the launch of United Trans Jordan earlier this year, now extending operations to Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Jordan—indicative of meaningful progress in its regional growth plans.

With sustained growth and strategic acquisitions, EasyLease is poised as a key player in the mobility and logistics sector, ready to leverage emerging opportunities across the GCC.
