Flydubai has announced the launch of a new double-daily flight service to Bangkok, expanding its operations in Thailand to a total of 28 weekly flights. The new service is scheduled to commence on 15 September 2026, offering passengers greater flexibility and increased travel options between the UAE and Southeast Asia.
The flights will operate from Dubai International Airport Terminal 3 to Don Mueang International Airport. This expansion reflects sustained demand for travel to Thailand, which remains a key destination for both leisure and business travellers across flydubai’s network.
Hamad Obaidalla, Chief Commercial Officer at flydubai, said the introduction of double-daily flights highlights the airline’s commitment to providing convenient and flexible travel options. He noted that operating from Terminal 3 and through the codeshare partnership with Emirates allows passengers to benefit from seamless connectivity via Dubai to destinations across the GCC, Europe, and beyond.
With this addition, flydubai’s network now spans more than 135 destinations worldwide. The enhanced Bangkok service further reinforces Dubai’s role as a global aviation hub while offering passengers smoother itineraries, single-ticket travel, and through check-in of baggage across an extensive combined network.
