Dr. Shubham Vatsya, a leading gastroenterologist at Fortis Vasant Kunj, discussed on Instagram how a simple dietary shift helped him shed 38 kilograms over three years. He emphasized that incorporating three eggs daily was crucial for his weight loss and overall health journey. Highlighting that three eggs deliver approximately 18 grams of complete protein, Dr. Vatsya noted the essential amino acids they contain. Dr. Vatsya pointed out that egg yolks are nutrient-dense, especially in choline, which aids the liver in fat breakdown and detoxification. Furthermore, he underscored the heart health benefits associated with regular egg consumption.
