World leaders and senior government officials visited the embassies of the State of Qatar in several countries to express their condolences following the passing of HH the Father Amir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani.
Visitors conveyed their deepest sympathies to the people and leadership of Qatar. They also prayed for the late Father Amir, asking God to grant him mercy, forgiveness, and eternal peace.
In Jakarta, President of Indonesia Prabowo Subianto visited the Embassy of the State of Qatar to offer his condolences.
Vice President Gibran Rakabuming Raka also expressed his sympathies and took part in the absentee funeral prayer held for the late Father Amir at Istiqlal Mosque in Jakarta.
In Nicosia, President of Cyprus Dr. Nikos Christodoulides visited the Qatari Embassy to extend his condolences.
In Accra, President of Ghana John Dramani Mahama offered condolences at the Embassy of the State of Qatar.
In Bandar Seri Begawan, Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister's Office of Brunei Darussalam, Prince Al-Muhtadee Billah, also visited the Qatari Embassy to express his sympathy.
In Manila, Vice President of the Philippines Sara Duterte offered condolences at the Embassy of the State of Qatar.
In Baku, Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Ali Asadov paid his respects by visiting the Qatari Embassy.
In Riyadh, Governor of the Riyadh Region, Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, visited the Embassy of the State of Qatar in Saudi Arabia to convey condolences.
Also in Riyadh, Abdulmajeed bin Rashid Al Samari, Undersecretary of the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Protocol Affairs, delivered condolences on behalf of the Saudi Foreign Minister at the Qatari Embassy.
In London, UK Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs Yvette Cooper visited the Embassy of the State of Qatar in the United Kingdom to offer condolences.
In Ankara, Türkiye's Minister of National Defense Yasar Guler expressed his sympathies at the Embassy of the State of Qatar.
In Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs for Bilateral Relations Francisco Caraballo conveyed condolences on behalf of the government and people of the Dominican Republic at the Qatari Embassy.
In Mexico City, Maria Teresa Mercado, Undersecretary of Foreign Affairs of the United Mexican States, also offered condolences on behalf of her government at the Embassy of the State of Qatar.
