HH Sheikha Moza bint Nasser, Chairperson of Qatar Foundation, attended the 15th anniversary celebration of HEC Paris, Doha, held at the Museum of Islamic Art. The event marked a significant milestone for the university, which has been a key partner of Qatar Foundation in advancing education, leadership, and entrepreneurship in Qatar.
Distinguished Guests Attend the Celebration
The celebration was also attended by HE Vice Chairperson of Qatar Foundation, Sheikha Hind bint Hamad Al-Thani, HE Ambassador of France to Qatar, Arnaud Pescheux, as well as HEC Paris leadership, alumni, faculty, and other partners. The gathering highlighted the strong collaboration between Qatar Foundation and HEC Paris over the past 15 years.
HH Sheikha Moza Highlights Partnership Success
Her Highness Sheikha Moza emphasized the partnership’s impact, stating that it has helped foster innovation, leadership, and entrepreneurship. She noted that alumni from HEC Paris Doha are now driving economic transformation and societal progress across Qatar and the region.
HEC Paris Doha’s Role in Qatar’s Knowledge Economy
HE Sheikha Hind, an alumna of HEC Paris Doha, reflected on the university’s contribution to advancing Qatar’s vision for a knowledge-based economy. She highlighted that HEC Paris Doha strengthens Qatar’s position as a regional hub for executive education and innovation, supporting human capital development, sustainability, and economic diversification.
Unveiling the New Motto
During the event, HEC Paris Doha unveiled its new motto, “Dare the Impossible,” showcasing its ambition to inspire leadership, innovation, and transformative impact in the region. This motto reflects the university’s mission to empower professionals to make meaningful contributions in business and society.
Innovation Majlises Showcase Alumni Ventures
A highlight of the celebration was the debut of “Innovation Majlises,” featuring six showcases of alumni-led ventures. These initiatives demonstrated the entrepreneurial spirit of HEC Paris Doha graduates and their transformative impact on Qatar’s business and innovation ecosystem.
Alumni Achievements and Statistics
Since 2010, HEC Paris Doha has enrolled over 1,500 professionals, with 41% women and 53% Qatari students. The campus has delivered 181 customized programs to more than 5,000 executives across Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, and Oman. Alumni now hold leadership roles in ministries, corporations, and entrepreneurial ventures.
Strengthening Qatar’s Entrepreneurial Ecosystem
Beyond academic programs, HEC Paris Doha has contributed to Qatar’s entrepreneurial ecosystem through initiatives such as the Business Research Lab, case studies on sustainability, digital transformation, and diversity, and a comprehensive entrepreneurship guidebook. These initiatives support the next generation of innovators in the region.

Professor Eloic Peyrache, Dean of HEC Paris, praised the Doha campus’s journey, noting its role in offering world-class executive education and building bridges between Europe and the Gulf. Dr. Pablo Martin de Holan, Dean of HEC Paris Doha, acknowledged the long-term partnership with Qatar Foundation, emphasizing the shared commitment to developing leaders who create positive impact in society.
