The Made in Saudi Hackathon came to a successful close on Thursday at the Females' Technical College in Madinah, with strong participation from talented and creative students. The event brought together young minds who showcased their skills, ideas, and passion for innovation in a supportive and competitive environment.
During the hackathon, students presented a wide range of innovative projects across sustainability, techno-vocational fields, and technical crafts. These projects focused on finding practical solutions that support local industries while also keeping pace with modern technological developments in the Kingdom.
The event also marked an important step toward digital transformation at the college. Several new digital services were launched to automate administrative and operational tasks, helping improve efficiency and performance. Systems such as Tafaqqud and Rased were introduced to support smoother daily operations.
In addition to innovation and technology, the hackathon highlighted the importance of entrepreneurship. An agreement was signed with the Muntijuh platform to support entrepreneurial projects and help students develop business and leadership skills needed for future success.
The hackathon reflected Saudi Arabia’s strong focus on youth empowerment, innovation, and community development. By encouraging creativity, supporting entrepreneurial projects, and embracing technology, the event played a key role in preparing students to contribute positively to national growth.
