In a video featured on her Instagram page, Shalini showcased her unique “Protein and Collagen Laddu,” which incorporates just three easily accessible ingredients — aliv seeds, whole black urad dal, and black sesame seeds. These ingredients are nutrient-dense, promoting reduced hair fall, improved skin quality, and a natural luminous glow.
