Two Children Killed in Krasnodar
Two children were killed and nine other people were injured overnight after debris from a Ukrainian drone fell on a private childcare center in Krasnodar, southern Russia, according to regional Governor Veniamin Kondratyev.
Children Among Those Injured
Kondratyev said seven of the nine injured people were children. The incident occurred as Russia and Ukraine continue to exchange increasingly frequent drone and missile attacks amid a broader escalation in the conflict.
Buildings and Warehouse Also Damaged
According to the regional governor, drone debris also fell on residential buildings in Krasnodar. A fire was reported at a warehouse following the incident, adding to the disruption caused by the overnight attack.

Russia Reports Strikes in Ukraine
Separately, Russia's Defense Ministry said its forces had struck 10 warehouses containing military equipment belonging to Ukrainian armed forces. The ministry also said infrastructure facilities at the port of Yuzhny in Ukraine's Odesa region were targeted.
