Deputy Amir Congratulates Ivory Coast President Ouattara

His Highness the Deputy Amir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Thani has extended warm congratulations to His Excellency President Alassane Ouattara of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire.
