His Highness the Deputy Amir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Thani has extended warm congratulations to His Excellency President Alassane Ouattara of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire. The Deputy Amir sent a cable to mark President Ouattara’s re-election for a new presidential term, expressing Qatar’s best wishes for continued progress and prosperity for the Ivorian people.
