UAE and Iran Enhance Relations with New Ambassadorial Credentials

Khaled Abdullah Belhoul, the UAE Ambassador, officially submitted his credentials as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Islamic Republic of Iran. The event was marked by a warm reception from Masoud Pezeshkian, President of Iran, who underlined the significance of robust bilateral relations.

In their meeting, Belhoul relayed heartfelt greetings from President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, as well as Vice President and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. He also extended wishes from His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, emphasizing hopes for ongoing progress in Iran.

President Pezeshkian responded with greetings to the UAE leadership and conveyed his aspirations for further development and prosperity for the UAE. He underscored the common goals uniting the two nations and pledged Iran’s support in facilitating the ambassador’s tasks.

Belhoul expressed his enthusiasm for representing the UAE in Iran, reaffirming his dedication to enhancing bilateral ties across multiple fronts. He pointed out that promoting cooperation and nurturing friendly relations would be central to his diplomatic mission.

Both leaders discussed potential collaboration areas, prioritizing trade, investment, cultural exchange, and regional initiatives. They expressed mutual goals of fostering strong partnerships and achieving sustainable growth for their countries and peoples.

The ambassador’s visit symbolizes the UAE’s ongoing approach to strengthen diplomatic relationships with neighboring nations through economic, social, and political collaboration. The aim is to enhance communication at various levels to build a foundation of trust and understanding.

Belhoul’s credential presentation underscores the UAE’s commitment to a positive role in regional diplomacy, with expectations that his initiatives will solidify neighborly ties while exploring effective cooperation methods across different sectors.
