UAE and Montenegro Strengthen Economic Ties

The UAE's Minister of Economy and Tourism, Abdulla bin Touq Al Marri, met with Milun Zogović, Montenegro's Deputy Prime Minister for Infrastructure and Regional Development, to enhance economic cooperation. Their discussions aimed to identify opportunities for collaboration in various sectors.

Key areas of focus included logistics, renewable energy, telecommunications, and technology. The leaders underscored collaborative efforts to promote sustainable economic development and boost the competitiveness of both nations' economies, spanning Europe and the Middle East.

Infrastructure development emerged as a pivotal topic, with both parties evaluating projects that enhance connectivity, particularly in transport and logistics. Shared expertise and best practices were discussed to ensure successful collaborative initiatives, facilitating easier trade and investment while encouraging innovation in both countries.

Both the UAE and Montenegro recognized the importance of close cooperation between government and private sectors. This coordinated approach is viewed as essential for unlocking new investment opportunities and supporting business ventures. The leaders emphasized that strengthened collaboration would enable the implementation of key projects, delivering long-term benefits for both nations.

Minister Abdulla bin Touq Al Marri stated that fostering bilateral cooperation is key to unlocking trade potential.
