Ras Al Khaimah Crown Prince Hosts UAE Leaders Programme

Post by : Mariam Al-Faris

Ras Al Khaimah, UAE: H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Crown Prince of Ras Al Khaimah, today welcomed the UAE Government Leaders Programme – Class of 2025 during a field visit aimed at enhancing engagement between emerging national talents and senior government leaders.

The delegation, led by Mohammed Al Sherhan, Managing Director of the World Governments Summit, interacted with H.H. Sheikh Mohammed to gain insights into leadership priorities shaping the UAE’s future. The Crown Prince praised the programme’s role in preparing a new generation of leaders capable of supporting national development strategies and navigating future transformations.

During the session, H.H. emphasized that investing in human capital remains a key pillar of the UAE’s sustainable development goals, in alignment with the nation’s vision under President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan.

The UAE Government Leaders Programme spans nine months and integrates a wide range of experiential learning opportunities. Participants engage in workshops on 21st-century leadership, complex project management, emerging technologies, and international developmental initiatives designed to equip them with skills for tackling complex national and global challenges.

The meeting offered a platform for open dialogue between programme participants and senior leadership, encouraging knowledge exchange and reflection on the evolving role of government leaders in shaping strategic, technological, and social progress in the UAE.

By hosting this delegation, Ras Al Khaimah reinforces the UAE’s commitment to nurturing future-ready leaders, promoting innovation, and investing in human talent as a driving force for sustainable growth and national excellence.
