She asserts that the real secret lies not in restrictive eating habits or sheer luck. Instead, it’s about maintaining regular workouts and consuming adequate nutrition to boost muscle development.
Kelsey showcased various iconic models like Adriana Lima, Candice Swanepoel, Alessandra Ambrosio, and Irina Shayk, who all shared insights about how crucial workouts are to their daily routines. Candice mentioned her inclination towards strength training over cardio, given her naturally slim build, emphasizing the need for muscle to exude strength.
