Bahrain Embassy in Oman Celebrates National Day and King’s Anniversary

The Embassy of Bahrain in the Sultanate of Oman organised a reception to celebrate Bahrain’s National Day and the 26th anniversary of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa’s accession to the throne. The event was attended by His Highness Sayyid Taimur bin Asaad Al Said, Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Central Bank of Oman, senior officials, ambassadors, and Bahraini citizens living in Oman.

During the reception, Dr. Juma bin Ahmed Al Kaabi, Ambassador of Bahrain to Oman, extended warm congratulations to His Majesty the King and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister. He wished the Kingdom continued stability and prosperity in the years ahead.

The Ambassador also highlighted the longstanding friendship and strong diplomatic ties between Bahrain and Oman, emphasising cooperation in various fields and mutual respect between the nations.

Dr. Al Kaabi praised Bahrain’s diplomatic achievements, noting its upcoming membership in the United Nations Security Council (2026–2027). He also acknowledged Bahrain’s leadership role as President of the 46th session of the Gulf Cooperation Council Supreme Council.

The reception reflected the close bonds between the two nations, celebrating their shared history, cooperation, and commitment to regional stability and growth.

Such events strengthen the presence of Bahrain in Oman and provide a platform for citizens, officials, and diplomats to engage and reinforce friendly relations.
