The Children’s Pavilion at the Riyadh International Book Fair 2025 has become a lively and inspiring space for young visitors. Designed to combine learning with creativity, the pavilion reflects care and attention to children’s needs while encouraging curiosity and imagination.
Organized for Education and Culture
Organized by the Literature, Publishing, and Translation Commission, the pavilion offers a safe and stimulating environment for families. It provides a mix of educational, cultural, and entertaining experiences, helping children develop a love for reading and knowledge from an early age.
Zones Designed for All Ages
The pavilion welcomes children aged three months to ten years and includes several specialized zones tailored to their interests. These include the Reading Zone, Drawing and Coloring Corner, Design Corner, Literary Challenges Corner, Space Corner, Animation Corner, and Handicrafts, Arts, and Heritage Corner. Each area is designed to support learning while keeping the children engaged and entertained.
Children’s Theater and Cultural Engagement
The Children’s Theater hosts plays and poetry evenings presented in an educational and entertaining style. These performances aim to engage young audiences while helping them connect with cultural and literary heritage. Children gain exposure to storytelling, drama, and poetry in ways that encourage creativity and cultural understanding.
Workshops and Talent Development
The pavilion runs daily workshops to develop children’s talents and skills. Activities focus on creative thinking, self-learning, and reading through interactive literary and artistic exercises. These workshops are tailored to children’s psychological and educational stages, helping build confidence and artistic abilities.
Encouraging Creativity and Learning
Through hands-on experiences, children explore their imagination, learn to solve challenges, and improve their artistic and linguistic skills. The pavilion’s activities are designed to encourage self-expression, teamwork, and problem-solving, providing a holistic approach to education in a fun and supportive environment.
A Hub for Families and Young Minds
The pavilion has become a central attraction for families visiting the fair. It combines entertainment with education, allowing children to explore literature, arts, and culture in an enjoyable and safe setting. Parents and educators also have opportunities to guide and support children’s learning and creativity.
By offering diverse literary activities, creative workshops, and interactive performances, the Children’s Pavilion inspires young minds to develop a lifelong love for reading and knowledge. It emphasizes the importance of nurturing creativity, cultural awareness, and learning from an early age.
