Dubai Holding and Select Group, a well-known real estate company, have teamed up with Emirates Strategic Investments Company (ESIC) to build two major new developments in Dubai. These projects will be located at two of the city's most famous spots: Palm Jebel Ali and Dubai Design District (d3).
This agreement is a big milestone because it marks the first time Dubai Holding is selling land at Palm Jebel Ali to another developer. It shows their plan to bring long-term value and create world-class communities in Dubai.
Select Group will lead the development of both sites. At Palm Jebel Ali, they plan to build high-end homes and luxury hotels along the waterfront, offering a new level of upscale living. In d3, the plan is to build a vibrant, mixed-use community that blends culture, creativity, and modern urban life.
Khalid Al Malik, CEO of Dubai Holding Real Estate, said that Palm Jebel Ali will help raise Dubai’s global image as a top waterfront destination. He added that this partnership with Select Group will help turn that vision into reality by setting new standards in luxury living.
Rahail Aslam, Chairman of Select Group, said Dubai is becoming a top spot for investment, innovation, and quality of life. He said the projects in Palm Jebel Ali and d3 are key to their plan to deliver high-quality developments in fast-growing areas. These locations match their brand’s focus on top waterfront spots, elegant design, and long-term value.
