Dubai Police recorded a 99.9% score in the daytime safety perception index for 2025, according to the Security Quality of Life Survey conducted by the Federal Competitiveness and Statistics Centre in cooperation with the Ministry of Interior.
The result forms part of the Security Quality of Life Index, where Dubai Police achieved an overall score of 98.2%, reflecting its continued focus on proactive policing, institutional excellence, and improving community wellbeing.
Brigadier Saeed Abdullah bin Tuwair Al Suwaidi, Assistant Undersecretary for Security Affairs at the Ministry of Interior, praised Dubai Police for the achievement. He said the daytime safety perception index is one of the three key indicators used to measure the Security Quality of Life Index.

The other two indicators showed 98.7% of people felt safe while walking at night, while 96.2% expressed confidence in police stations. According to Al Suwaidi, these results demonstrate the combined efforts of Dubai Police's operational and administrative teams in strengthening public safety and trust.
Dubai Police also reported positive performance across seven major strategic areas, based on studies carried out by the Federal Competitiveness and Statistics Centre and the Dubai Police Opinion Poll Centre.

Dubai Police continued to strengthen its digital transformation strategy during 2025.
The force achieved a 97.7% digital adoption rate for its services and processed more than 218 million digital transactions throughout the year. Customer satisfaction with digital channels reached 96.9%, showing strong public acceptance of its online services.
Dubai Police recorded 93.3% in the Future Readiness and Innovation Index, reflecting its commitment to institutional innovation, proactive capabilities, and supporting the transition towards a knowledge-based economy.
The force also handled 6.9 million emergency and non-emergency calls during 2025, demonstrating its operational efficiency and rapid response capabilities.
During the year, Dubai Police received 51 awards, including 12 international honours, further strengthening its reputation among leading law enforcement organisations both regionally and globally.
Lieutenant General Abdulla Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, said these achievements were made possible through the continuous support of the UAE leadership, the Dubai Government, and the Ministry of Interior in enhancing security, community happiness, and quality of life.
He also praised Dubai Police personnel for their professionalism and dedication, saying their commitment to excellence, innovation, and best practices continues to drive the organisation's success.
In 2025, Dubai Police also secured the top position in the global police brand value rankings published by Brand Finance.
The organisation received the highest possible AAA+ brand strength rating, with a score of 9.2 out of 10. The ranking was based on research involving more than 8,000 stakeholders across ten countries and recognised Dubai Police for its ethics, operational effectiveness, transparency, and innovation.
The report also stated that Dubai Police contributed AED57.9 billion (US$15.8 billion) to the UAE's national brand value, reinforcing its role in strengthening the country's global soft power.
