Seven Strategic Areas Show Strong Results

Dubai Police also reported positive performance across seven major strategic areas, based on studies carried out by the Federal Competitiveness and Statistics Centre and the Dubai Police Opinion Poll Centre.

The areas include:

  • Security quality of life
  • Institutional excellence
  • Smart security and response systems

  • Contact centre performance

These results highlight the organisation's continued efforts to improve policing services and operational standards.

Dubai Police continued to strengthen its digital transformation strategy during 2025.

The force achieved a 97.7% digital adoption rate for its services and processed more than 218 million digital transactions throughout the year. Customer satisfaction with digital channels reached 96.9%, showing strong public acceptance of its online services.

Innovation and Emergency Response Remain Key Focus

Dubai Police recorded 93.3% in the Future Readiness and Innovation Index, reflecting its commitment to institutional innovation, proactive capabilities, and supporting the transition towards a knowledge-based economy.

The force also handled 6.9 million emergency and non-emergency calls during 2025, demonstrating its operational efficiency and rapid response capabilities.

National and International Recognition

During the year, Dubai Police received 51 awards, including 12 international honours, further strengthening its reputation among leading law enforcement organisations both regionally and globally.

Lieutenant General Abdulla Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, said these achievements were made possible through the continuous support of the UAE leadership, the Dubai Government, and the Ministry of Interior in enhancing security, community happiness, and quality of life.

He also praised Dubai Police personnel for their professionalism and dedication, saying their commitment to excellence, innovation, and best practices continues to drive the organisation's success.
