Sharjah Hosts Third Emirates Perfumes And Oud Exhibition

Post by : Mariam Al-Faris

Expo Centre Sharjah will host the third edition of the Emirates Perfumes and Oud Exhibition from October 3 to 12, 2025. The event is the region’s premier gathering for the fragrance industry, attracting experts, manufacturers, and innovators from around the world.

The exhibition is supported by the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) and brings together over 500 local and global perfume companies. Participants showcase luxury perfumes, authentic oud, and related products in a vibrant marketplace.

A Platform for Industry Growth

This year’s edition builds on the success of the previous two events, highlighting the exhibition’s rapid growth and its important role in establishing Sharjah as a regional hub for specialised trade and cultural events.

The exhibition supports both local and international perfume industries, while strengthening the UAE’s position as a centre for innovation, entrepreneurship, and high-quality fragrance production.

Diverse Range of Fragrances and Oud

Visitors can explore a wide selection of Emirati and Gulf perfumes, premium oud, incense, and traditional scents. The exhibition also features the latest innovations from global brands, offering a blend of heritage and modern trends to meet the preferences of consumers seeking unique and exclusive fragrances.

This combination of local authenticity and international excellence makes the event a key destination for industry professionals and perfume enthusiasts alike.

Economic and Cultural Significance

Saif Mohammed Al Midfa, CEO of Expo Centre Sharjah, said the Emirates Perfumes and Oud Exhibition serves as both an economic and cultural platform. It contributes to Sharjah’s broader vision of becoming a global hub for specialised trade, promoting entrepreneurship and innovation in the UAE’s fragrance industry.

He highlighted that the exhibition provides opportunities for Emirati entrepreneurs to secure deals, build networks, and expand their market reach, benefiting small and medium-sized enterprises and emerging brands.

Supporting Emirati Talents

The third edition will feature the “Emiratis for Oud and Perfumes” Platform, a strategic initiative launched by SCCI to support young Emirati talents in the perfume industry.

This platform allows entrepreneurs to showcase their products and innovations to a global audience of traders, buyers, and consumers. By increasing visibility and market access, it strengthens the competitiveness of UAE fragrance businesses on regional and international levels.

Business Opportunities and Investments

The Emirates Perfumes and Oud Exhibition offers participants a premier venue to secure business deals, establish partnerships, and attract high-value investments. The event also fosters collaboration between local and global producers, distributors, and buyers, expanding commercial networks and supporting long-term industry growth.

Organisers emphasise that the exhibition is not only a marketplace but also a hub for knowledge exchange, innovation, and networking, benefiting both established companies and new entrants in the perfume sector.

Promoting Heritage and Innovation

By combining Emirati and Arab heritage with global industry trends, the exhibition highlights the UAE’s unique position in the international perfume market. Participants can experience traditional scents alongside cutting-edge fragrances, reflecting both cultural pride and innovation.

The event reinforces the UAE’s commitment to supporting entrepreneurs, growing the perfume industry, and positioning Sharjah as a key global centre for trade, culture, and innovation in luxury fragrances.
