Gaurs Group, a leading real estate developer in Delhi-NCR, has launched its new premium residential project in the Yamuna Expressway region, signaling strong demand for quality housing in this fast-growing corridor. The first phase of the project, spanning 12 acres, will feature 950 units with a saleable area of 20 lakh sq ft.
With a basic selling price of Rs 8,000 per sq ft, apartments start at Rs 1.9 crore, positioning the project as a high-end offering in the region. The company expects revenue of around Rs 2,000 crore from the first phase alone. A second phase, comprising an additional 250 units, is planned for later development.
The project emphasizes green living and modern amenities, catering to the rising demand for sustainable and comfortable housing. Strategically located near the upcoming Jewar airport, the Yamuna Expressway region is witnessing rapid infrastructure growth, boosting both residential and commercial interest.
Beyond residences, Gaurs Group plans to develop a shopping mall and a 5-star hotel along the Expressway, further enhancing the area’s appeal. Since its inception, the company has delivered over 75,000 units across 70 projects, including three townships, and has diversified into education, sports, and solar energy sectors.
With ongoing infrastructure projects and the operationalisation of the Jewar airport on the horizon, the Yamuna Expressway is poised for exponential growth, making this new development a landmark in the region’s urban landscape.
