Tragedy struck the Punjabi music scene as singer Harman Sidhu passed away at the age of 37 due to a severe road accident late Friday evening. The incident occurred while he was on his way back to his village, Khiala, from Mansa. Reports suggest that his vehicle collided with a truck, resulting in immediate fatality.
Authorities confirmed that Sidhu did not survive the collision. The reasons behind the tragic crash are still under investigation. His body was subsequently transported to Mansa Civil Hospital for a post-mortem, and the family has been notified as inquiries about the incident continue.
Harman Sidhu gained popularity in the Punjabi music industry with his debut hit, Paper Te Pyaar, which solidified his status as a prominent performer. He frequently collaborated with well-known singer Miss Pooja, resulting in several successful albums. Among his popular tracks are Koi Chakkar Nai, Bebe Bapu, Babbar Sher, and Multan VS Russia, celebrating energetic rhythms and relatable themes.

In 2018, Sidhu faced legal issues when he was arrested for drug possession. During police questioning, he acknowledged a six to seven-month history of drug use, noting he obtained substances from a source in Delhi. He was held in one-day police custody at that time.
Despite these controversies, Harman Sidhu was celebrated for his engaging music and electrifying live performances, leaving a lasting impact on the Punjabi music landscape. His unexpected passing creates a significant void in the community.
