Sirsa, Haryana, November 29, 2025 – A tragic incident emerged from Sikanderpur village where a 25-year-old man has been accused of strangling his mother and her neighbour, as reported by local police on Friday. The suspect, named Raj Kumar, is said to have discovered his mother, Anguri Devi, 42, and the 55-year-old neighbour, Lekh Raj, in a compromising situation inside their home.

After the shocking events unfolded during the night between Thursday and Friday, Raj Kumar reportedly drove the bodies to the local police station and surrendered. Police officials have indicated that he confessed to using a cloth to kill both individuals.

According to a senior police source, the accused claimed that family members had previously urged his mother to end her relationship with Lekh Raj, which had persisted for the past 15 years.
