The exchange began with Wilson inquiring, “Any update, Brothers?” Baldoni shared the emotional toll from his interaction with Ryan Reynolds, describing it as unsettling. He recounted a moment where Reynolds allegedly addressed him in a condescending manner, questioning his character and a podcast he co-hosts with Jamey Heath, claiming it misrepresents them.
In another message, Baldoni expressed concern about being labeled with terms like “creepy” and “abuse.” He mentioned receiving lines for an apology he felt unprepared to deliver, explaining, “my brain was trying to comprehend what was happening.” He noted the pressure to address Lively and Reynolds’ feelings while bracing for repercussions from a protective husband.
