The Bollywood lovebirds, Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal, are now proud parents following the arrival of their baby boy. The couple shared this delightful news via Instagram on Friday, accompanied by a touching joint statement:
“Our little miracle has arrived. With overflowing love and gratitude, we welcome our son,” expressed both Katrina and Vicky.
The announcement indicated that the birth occurred earlier that day, igniting excitement throughout the film community and among admirers. A wave of warm wishes poured in from fellow Bollywood stars. Priyanka Chopra expressed her joy with, “So thrilled! Congratulations,” while Madhuri Dixit added, “Congratulations to you both! Sending love to your little one.” Kareena Kapoor Khan chimed in, “Katttttt welcome to the boy Mamma club, so excited for you and Vicky.” Other celebrities like Kiara Advani, Rajkummar Rao, Ayushmann Khurrana, Sonam Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, Parineeti Chopra, Manish Malhotra, and Zoya Akhtar also extended heartfelt messages. Sunny Kaushal, Vicky’s brother, humorously added, “I’ve just become an uncle!”
Katrina and Vicky had revealed their pregnancy back in September through a poignant black-and-white Polaroid image displaying Katrina’s baby bump, captioned:
“On our way to start the best chapter of our lives, filled with joy and gratitude.”
This couple first crossed paths on a movie set in 2019 and developed a close connection while keeping their romance under wraps. Engagement rumors began surfacing in late 2021, which were confirmed when they exchanged vows in a lavish ceremony in December 2021. Their relationship has grown stronger over the years, culminating in their new role as parents.
