The Mohammed Bin Rashid Housing Establishment (MBRHE) has adopted Oracle Database@Azure to improve its digital systems and enhance housing services for citizens. The move aims to increase efficiency in planning, project management, and customer service, supporting Dubai’s vision for innovation and sustainability.
Oracle and Microsoft Collaboration
By using Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and Microsoft Azure, MBRHE will benefit from a powerful and secure cloud system. This integration will automate housing grants, loans, and exchanges while using AI and data analytics to improve decision-making and customer experience.
Supporting Dubai’s Urban Plan 2040
The initiative aligns with Dubai Urban Plan 2040, which promotes sustainable, flexible, and citizen-focused cities. As Dubai grows, MBRHE’s new system ensures faster performance, greater data security, and smarter housing management.
A Model for Innovation
Talal Mohammed Al Ali, Director of Digital Transformation at MBRHE, said the adoption reflects the Establishment’s commitment to innovation and future readiness. The Oracle Azure platform enables high performance, low latency, and continuous system availability, helping MBRHE deliver better housing services efficiently.
Advancing Smart Housing
Through this step, MBRHE sets a new example of digital governance in housing, using modern cloud and AI technologies to improve public services and strengthen Dubai’s position as a smart, innovative city.
