The competition in Bigg Boss 19 is intensifying, but a mid-week twist shocked everyone. Mridul Tiwari was unexpectedly evicted after receiving the fewest votes from the live audience, leaving his supporters dismayed.
On Wednesday, during a live voting session, Mridul was shown the door after a group of individuals entered the house for the captaincy task. Despite his heartfelt campaigning, he ended up with the least votes, while Gaurav Khanna and Shehbaz Badesha emerged as front-runners for captain.
The remaining contestants, including Gaurav and Shehbaz, were visibly emotional as they bid farewell to Mridul, sharing hugs and expressing their good wishes.
Mridul had originally entered the show through Fans Ka Faisla, securing his spot by defeating Shehbaz in a fan vote prior to the show's premiere. Shehbaz later joined the cast as a wildcard.
Following the news of his eviction, social media lit up with fans voicing their disappointment, hailing Mridul as one of the season's most authentic contestants. Remarks included:
“Mridul Tiwari’s eviction hit hard… He was a pure soul, never indulged in unnecessary conflicts, and remained true to his values throughout.”
“Mridul deserves better; wishing him a wonderful life ahead!”
“From the start, he proved that kindness is a true strength. NO MRIDUL NO BIGG BOSS.”
Critics of the eviction label it as unfair, suggesting favoritism played a role in the voting outcome. Many fans believe the show has lost a true star with Mridul’s departure.
Currently, the remaining contestants in the Bigg Boss 19 house include Gaurav Khanna, Malti Chahar, Shehbaz Badesha, Amaal Mallik, Tanya Mittal, Ashnoor Kaur, Kunickaa Sadanand, Farrhana Bhatt, and Pranit More. The grand finale is anticipated on December 7, airing on JioCinema at 9 pm and on television at 10:30 pm.
