In an unexpected turn of events just ahead of the Miss Universe 2025 finals, Dr. Gabrielle Henry, representing Jamaica, fell off the stage during the evening gown segment of the preliminary competition. While showcasing an elegant orange gown and high heels, the 28-year-old stumbled and fell, as captured in videos showing her being carried off via stretcher.
Following the incident, she was swiftly taken to Paolo Rangsit Hospital. The Miss Universe Jamaica Organisation released a statement confirming that, although she has suffered a fall, her injuries are not life-threatening. Ongoing tests are being conducted to ensure her complete recovery.
