Nidhhi Agerwal Faces Crowd Rush at The Raja Saab Song Launch

Post by : Mariam Al-Faris

Actress Nidhhi Agerwal faced a frightening situation while leaving the song launch event of the film The Raja Saab in Hyderabad. The incident happened on Wednesday when a large crowd of fans surrounded her as she was exiting the venue at Lulu Mall. Several videos showing the actress being escorted to her car by security staff have gone viral on social media, leading to strong criticism from the public.

The event was organised to launch the song Sahana Sahana from the upcoming Prabhas-starrer, which has been in the spotlight since its announcement. While the event started on a celebratory note, the situation quickly turned chaotic when fans rushed towards Nidhhi to take selfies, breaking past security arrangements.

In the viral clips, the actress can be seen struggling to move forward as the crowd closes in on her. She appeared visibly shaken and was seen holding her dupatta tightly while security personnel tried to push people back and clear a path so she could safely reach her vehicle. Many viewers described the scene as disturbing and unsafe.

The incident triggered strong reactions online, with many users calling out the unruly behaviour of the crowd. Several people criticised the lack of proper crowd control and questioned the security measures in place at such high-profile public events. Many said incidents like these highlight the need for stricter safety arrangements, especially for women celebrities.

Singer Chinmayi Sripada also reacted sharply to the incident on social media. She condemned the behaviour of the men involved and expressed anger over how a woman was harassed by a mob, calling for serious reflection on such actions and attitudes.

So far, Nidhhi Agerwal has not made any public statement about the incident. However, the episode has once again raised serious concerns about celebrity safety, fan behaviour, and event management in India.
