Nita Ambani Dazzles in Jamawar Saree at Temple Ceremony in Gujarat

Post by : Meena Hassan

Nita Ambani, the esteemed businesswoman, graced the inauguration and Pran Pratishtha ceremony of the Shiva Temple in Gir, Gujarat, once again showcasing her incredible taste in ethnic fashion. Her choice of a magnificent Jamawar saree from designer Tarun Tahiliani underlines her appreciation for Indian artistry, affirming her status as a style icon.

Crafted from a luxurious silk-pashmina blend—a fabric steeped in Mughal history—the saree featured exquisite Khashida embroidery, rooted in the age-old textile traditions of Jammu and Kashmir, contributing to an air of regal sophistication. The blend of soft pearl, ochre, and rich red tones rendered the outfit both timeless and elegant.

Draping the saree in a classic manner, Nita allowed the pallu to cascade elegantly over her shoulder. The modern blouse featured an eye-catching optical-illusion design with curved edges and a stunning Jamawar back, beautifully complementing the saree.

With lavish accessories including a captivating multi-layered necklace of rare Golconda diamonds, matching earrings, and vibrant red bangles, Nita's ensemble was a vision of grandeur. Her makeup combined subtle glamour with shimmery eyes, defined lashes, and a soft nude lip, lending her an enchanting allure.

Her hair was styled in a middle-parted braid embellished with red flowers, with soft curls framing her visage, while a delicate red bindi crowned her traditional look, perfectly marrying classic and contemporary styles.
