Nora Fatehi Joins Jailer 2 for Major Dance Track with Rajinikanth

Post by : Mariam Al-Faris

Global star Nora Fatehi is set to appear in a major song for Rajinikanth’s highly anticipated film Jailer 2. She is currently in Chennai shooting an outdoor, energetic dance number that is expected to be one of the film’s most exciting sequences. The song is composed by Anirudh Ravichender and is scheduled to release in 2026, with the makers keeping many details secret.

Sources reveal that Nora will be shooting alongside Rajinikanth for eight days, highlighting the scale and importance of the track. Fans are eagerly waiting, as Nora’s track record of hits and her vibrant screen presence suggest this could be another big dance anthem.

This comes after Nora’s successful year with several viral international and Bollywood hits, making her a global pop-culture sensation. Her performances have gained worldwide attention, and this new song in Jailer 2 is expected to continue that trend.

Recently, Nora also made her US television debut on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, performing her track “What Do I Know (Just A Girl)” with Shenseea. She shared the episode with stars like Ed Sheeran and Cynthia Erivo, marking a significant milestone in her international career.

Jailer 2 will see Rajinikanth reprising his iconic role as Tiger Muthuvel Pandian, facing bigger threats and intense conflicts. Ramya Krishnan returns as Vijaya Pandian, his on-screen wife, while Mirnaa plays Swetha Pandian, his daughter-in-law, in a pivotal role. Additionally, Vidya Balan has been approached for a key role, which she accepted, adding depth and prominence to the film’s storyline.

The film is shaping up to be a major entertainer, with high-energy performances, strong star cast, and grand musical sequences, making it one of the most anticipated releases of 2026.
