Introducing Ojas Gautam: The Talented Editor of Dhurandhar

Post by : Meena Hassan

On a vibrant Tuesday morning, the trailer for Ranveer Singh’s much-anticipated film Dhurandhar debuted at a lavish event in Mumbai. Director Aditya Dhar took the stage alongside the film's cast, captivating an audience of media and enthusiastic fans who reveled in the trailer's release. The nearly four-minute trailer has received online acclaim for its captivating and intense presentation.

Spotlight on Ojas Gautam

During the launch, Aditya Dhar introduced the remarkably young Ojas Gautam, the creative force behind the trailer's editing. Ojas, related to Dhar as his brother-in-law, is also the younger brother of actress Yami Gautam. His youthful energy belies his experience in the competitive film industry.

Aditya praised Ojas’ commitment, sharing, “He hasn’t slept properly for about 72–76 hours. He was working on this trailer until 4 am and still managed to deliver.” As actor Arjun Rampal embraced him, Aditya remarked, “Ojas has been my companion since 2020–21 during our earlier project. His unwavering belief in me significantly contributed to this film’s progress.”

Online fans celebrated Ojas’ craft, describing the trailer as “exceptional” and “skillfully edited.” Yami Gautam has frequently shared snaps of her younger sibling on her social channels, and his contributions to Dhurandhar are now capturing widespread attention.

Dhurandhar, inspired by true events linked to Operation Lyari in Pakistan and the purported role of Indian intelligence, features a star-studded cast including Ranveer Singh, Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Dutt, R Madhavan, Akshaye Khanna, Rakesh Bedi, and Sara Arjun. The film is set to hit theaters on December 5.
