Bangladesh Batting First

Bangladesh skipper Jaker Ali won the toss and chose to bowl first against Pakistan, hoping to restrict the opponents’ score. However, Pakistan batted strongly under the leadership of Salman Agha. With contributions from Mohammad Haris, who scored 31 runs from 23 balls, and Mohammad Nawaz, who made 25 runs from 15 balls, Pakistan scored a total of 135/8 in 20 overs.

When Bangladesh came out to chase 136 runs, Pakistan’s bowlers were in top form. Haris Rauf was the star, taking 3 wickets for just 33 runs. Bangladesh struggled to build partnerships and kept losing wickets. Saim Ayub also bowled well, dismissing Bangladesh’s number six batsman, Jaker Ali. By the end of the match, Bangladesh managed only 124/9 in 20 overs, falling short of the target.
