On Thursday, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt marked their daughter Raha Kapoor’s third birthday with a loving family gathering. The celebration showcased delightful moments between the Kapoor and Bhatt clans, as Raha’s grandmothers, Neetu Kapoor and Soni Razdan, shared snapshots from the cozy event on their Instagram Stories.
One memorable image from Neetu showcased her posing alongside Soni Razdan, Shaheen Bhatt, Nitasha Nanda, and a family associate. The joyful photo captured the festive spirit, with Neetu donning a golden outfit, while Soni chose a casual red-and-white ensemble, and Shaheen looked stunning in blue. Neetu affectionately captioned the photo as “Raha’s fam jam,” encapsulating the warm vibes of the day.
An exciting part of the evening was the attendance of Rani Mukerji, who celebrated alongside the Kapoor-Bhatt family. A picture shared featured Rani engaged in conversation with Neetu and other relatives, dressed in a relaxed outfit comprising a shirt and jeans. Neetu shared another cheerful image of her girl group, complementing it with a happy GIF that echoed the joyous atmosphere. Soni Razdan, on her part, posted a snapshot with Neetu and close friends, sweetly captioning it, “Happy Birthday, darling Raha.”
While Ranbir and Alia generally shield Raha from media attention, this intimate birthday celebration revealed a glimpse into their family life, underscoring the tight-knit relationships between the two families.
Born in November 2022, Raha is the first child of the renowned Bollywood duo, Ranbir and Alia, who married in April 2022. The couple introduced Raha to the public during Christmas 2023, joining paparazzi for an iconic photo op. Earlier this year, Alia chose to delete all photos of Raha from her social media, emphasizing her commitment to privacy as Raha grows.
In a recent discussion, Alia expressed how motherhood has influenced her creative pursuits, sharing that Raha has been inspiring her artistic choices. Alia conveyed her wish to craft content that her daughter could appreciate one day, revealing, “I haven’t made a film that Raha can watch yet. The draw towards comedy stems from my desire to explore new creative avenues. You must find what stirs your creativity.” Motherhood, she noted, has imparted emotional depth and renewed purpose to her artistry.
Raha Kapoor’s third birthday wasn’t merely a celebration; it emphasized the significance of family connections. Filled with laughter, joy, and warmth, the day beautifully fused togetherness and glamour, marking another cherished moment in the lives of Ranbir, Alia, and little Raha.
