Salman Khan and Riteish Deshmukh share a bond that’s both personal and professional, marked by support and friendship in Bollywood. This connection continues as fans eagerly await more from their collaborations.

Cameo Role in Raja Shivaji

In a notable cameo, Salman Khan will grace the upcoming historical epic, Raja Shivaji, directed by Riteish Deshmukh. The scenes he will shoot are critical to the film's narrative, and filming is set for November 8 to 14, all while balancing commitments to Bigg Boss 19 and Battle of Galwan.

A source close to the filming revealed, “Riteish approached Salman for this special role, and without hesitation, he agreed. His star power will enhance the film, especially given their successful past in movies like Lai Bhaari and Ved.”

Character of Jeeva Mahala

Salman will embody Jeeva Mahala, a respected and brave warrior known for his loyalty to Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. As a commander and bodyguard within the Maharaj’s ranks, Jeeva's character is expected to resonate profoundly on screen, thanks to Salman’s magnetic presence.

Joining Salman in Raja Shivaji are well-known stars such as Abhishek Bachchan, Sanjay Dutt, Mahesh Manjrekar, Sachin Khedekar, Bhagyashree, Fardeen Khan, Jitendra Joshi, Amole Gupte, and Genelia Deshmukh. With the film scheduled for a May 1, 2026 release, excitement is building, particularly with Salman’s iconic cameo expected to be a standout moment.
