Saudi, Belarus Hold Talks to Expand Economic and Tech Cooperation

Vice Minister of Economy and Planning, Eng. Ammar Nagadi, recently held an official meeting with Kirill Zalessky, the Minister of Communications and Informatization of the Republic of Belarus, at the Ministry’s headquarters in Riyadh. The meeting focused on strengthening bilateral relations and exploring new avenues for collaboration between Saudi Arabia and Belarus. Both officials discussed ways to expand cooperation across multiple sectors, including trade, technology, investment, and digital innovation.

During the discussions, the two sides also reviewed several topics of mutual interest, aiming to identify opportunities that could benefit both nations and create a stronger framework for long-term partnership. The meeting highlighted the importance of fostering strategic ties, encouraging joint initiatives, and supporting projects that contribute to sustainable economic growth.

Eng. Nagadi emphasized Saudi Arabia’s commitment to building stronger international connections and enhancing cooperation with key global partners. He noted that such meetings are part of the kingdom’s ongoing efforts to advance economic collaboration and ensure that bilateral relations continue to grow in a meaningful and productive way.

The Belarusian side also expressed interest in deepening engagement with Saudi Arabia in areas such as digital technology, innovation, and communications infrastructure. Both officials agreed to explore future initiatives that could include joint projects, knowledge exchange, and collaboration in emerging sectors.

This meeting reflects the shared vision of Saudi Arabia and Belarus to strengthen diplomatic and economic ties while opening new pathways for trade, investment, and technological partnerships. It underscores the importance of dialogue and cooperation as both countries work towards mutually beneficial growth and development.
