Dubai Unveils ‘SHAHRUKHZ by Danube’ Named After Shah Rukh Khan

In a groundbreaking initiative, Danube Properties has unveiled ‘SHAHRUKHZ by Danube’, a distinguished commercial tower in Dubai bearing the name of Bollywood icon Shah Rukh Khan. This significant collaboration acknowledges the parallel journeys of Shah Rukh Khan and Rizwan Sajan, Founder and Chairman of Danube Group, both of whom embarked on their paths three decades ago.

Rising 55 stories high on Sheikh Zayed Road, the tower aims to become one of the most elite business hubs in Dubai, catering to leaders, entrepreneurs, and innovators. The launch event drew numerous business figures, influencers, investors, and media representatives.

Shah Rukh Khan shared his appreciation:
"Having a landmark in Dubai carry my name feels truly humbling. SHAHRUKHZ by Danube represents the incredible journey of belief and hard work. I'm proud to be affiliated with a brand that embodies aspiration and excellence."

Rizwan Sajan commented,

Encompassing over 1 million sq. ft., this premium tower melds luxury with star power. Initial prices begin at USD 475,000 (INR 4.2 Crores), offering more than 40 top-tier amenities including a sky pool, helipad, valet services, and specialized business lounges. Its prime location ensures easy access to notable Dubai attractions such as Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Airport.
