This Sunday marks the grand opening of the Sharjah Equestrian and Racing Club's 2025–2026 horse racing season. Fans from across the UAE are looking forward to this exciting series, featuring six races scheduled for the Sharjah track this season. Following the inaugural race, the club has outlined dates for the remaining events: 23rd November, 21st December, and 28th December. The schedule extends into the new year with races slated for 18th January 2026 and 25th January 2026. This meticulous planning allows everyone involved in the racing community to make the necessary arrangements and enjoy the full season.
Horse racing ranks among the UAE’s cherished sporting traditions, attracting significant participation from both local and international owners. The annual UAE racing calendar features 63 events across the nation’s five primary racecourses, highlighting the sport's growth and deep-rooted passion.
