His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik will lead the Eid Al Adha prayers for the year 1446 AH at Sultan Qaboos Mosque in Nizwa, located in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate.
According to a statement from the Diwan of Royal Court, the Sultan will be joined by several high-level officials. These include members of the Royal Family, the Al Busaid family, ministers, advisors, and top commanders from the Sultan’s Armed Forces, Royal Oman Police, and other security forces. Also attending will be members of the State Council and Shura Council, undersecretaries, walis, and many sheikhs, dignitaries, and local citizens from the region.
On this special occasion, the Diwan of Royal Court shared warm greetings and best wishes to His Majesty. They prayed for his continued health, happiness, and safety, and wished peace and blessings for all people in Oman and Muslims around the world.
The Diwan added:
“May Allah protect His Majesty the Sultan, bless him with good health, and continue to bring joy and happiness to him and our nation.”
