Tejasswi shared that Karan wished to marry her back in 2022, shortly after they left the Bigg Boss 15 house. However, her mother advised waiting. She recounted her mother’s words:
"You both just exited Bigg Boss; perhaps spending a year together in the real world is wise, as I don’t fully know my daughter yet. I believe some time is necessary for both of you."
Describing herself as 'chanchal' (playful), Tejasswi remarked, "When I fall for someone, I think, ‘This is it.’ Consequently, my mother advised me to take my time."
