Unveiling The Family Man 3 Trailer: Srikant Tiwari is Back in Action

Post by : Meena Hassan

The eagerly awaited trailer for The Family Man 3 is here, exciting fans as Manoj Bajpayee returns as Srikant Tiwari. Dubbed the "James Bond from Chembur," Srikant showcases his trademark wit and chaos, setting the stage for another action-packed season.

Espionage Meets Family Life and Bollywood Humor

This season, Srikant faces the usual challenges of national security while juggling family obligations, now with an amusing twist. The trailer cleverly alludes to Bollywood's infamous YRF Spyverse, incorporating humorous references.

The preview begins with a humorous revelation: Srikant reveals his secret life as a spy to his family. This moment is as heartwarming as it is funny, instantly captivating viewers. His son, intrigued by the idea of a code name, whimsically asks if names like "Tiger, Panther, or Lion" apply. Srikant replies dryly, "I work in intelligence, not in a circus."

Viewers are interpreting this as a playful dig at Yash Raj Films’ animal-themed spy universe featuring Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, and Hrithik Roshan.

Intense Action Drama in Northeast India

Aside from the humor, The Family Man 3 elevates the stakes. The plot unfolds in India's Northeast, where Srikant faces a menacing new adversary: a drug lord played by Jaideep Ahlawat. Nimrat Kaur joins him as a tough ally, boldly stating, "I'm running this circus," hinting at high-stakes action.

As chaos ensues, Srikant finds himself branded a criminal. The storyline takes a gripping turn as he drags his family into the labyrinth of espionage, prompting them to flee together.

Humor and Strong Friendships

Anticipation also builds for the enduring partnership between Srikant and his colleague JK Talpade, portrayed by Sharib Hashmi. A standout moment occurs when they land behind bars, and a frustrated JK remarks that he’ll die single due to Srikant’s escapades. Srikant, ever the witty mentor, quips, "After we get out, I’ll take charge of your matchmaking."
