Sprinter Arwa Ali showcased her exceptional talent by qualifying for the final of the women's 100m race, achieving a new Games record of 11.66 seconds for the second time. This outstanding performance solidifies her place as a top contender and earns her a spot in the World Athletics U20 Championships in Eugene, USA, in 2026, where she will compete against the world’s elite young athletes.

Aisha Mohammed also shined in the women's 400m, finishing first in her heat with a time of 54.42 seconds, securing her place in the final thanks to her impressive speed and endurance. Additionally, Saeed Omar continued to display his prowess in the men's 400m, winning his heat in 47.53 seconds and earning a spot in the final, highlighting the potential of UAE athletics on a global scale.

The UAE national golf team began the individual events with strong performances: Mohammed Thabet scored 79, Abdullah Salmeen recorded 92, and Marwan Al Emadi finished with 95 strokes. In the girls’ category, Sarah Abubakar and Asya Saleem both carded 72 strokes, while Anka Mateo completed her round with 75 strokes, showcasing the emerging talent of UAE youth golfers in the international arena.

In team events, the UAE youth golf team completed their first round with a total of 171 strokes, positioning them 14th overall. Conversely, the girls’ team excelled, earning 144 strokes and securing eighth place. These results reflect the dedication and promise of UAE athletes in both individual and team competitions.

The accomplishments of Arwa Ali, Aisha Mohammed, and Saeed Omar in athletics, along with the strong performance of the youth golf teams, demonstrate the rising standards of UAE sports at the youth level. These achievements inspire others and underscore the UAE's commitment to developing promising athletes for future competitions.

The momentum built by UAE athletes ahead of major global events is evident, with Arwa Ali’s record sprint and commendable performances pointing to the effectiveness of current training programs. This also highlights the nation's increasing visibility in international youth sports and its capability to compete effectively.

The achievements of the UAE at the Youth Games reflect skill, dedication, and competitiveness. With individuals like Arwa Ali breaking records and team performances improving, the future of UAE sports looks promising. Ongoing support for youth development will likely bolster the nation’s achievements on international platforms in athletics and golf.
